Illustrative concept · Not an issued card

Your rent. Your history. Your rewards.

Three ways to get more from renting.

Credit history01

Recognition for paying rent

With your permission, eligible verified rent payments could be reported to Experian, helping lenders see more of your rental history. Reporting may affect your profile positively or negatively; it does not guarantee a better score.

Rent points02

Earn points on qualifying rent

When your eligible rent payment is confirmed, you could receive loyalty points under the club's published terms. No change to how you pay rent.

Everyday03

A debit card that rewards every purchase

The Winkworth debit card puts the club in your wallet. Groceries, travel, coffee, days out — eligible everyday spending earns points, with member offers on top of the points you collect for paying rent.

How joining could work

Four simple steps. No change to how you pay.

  1. 1

    Receive an invitation

Your letting agent sends you an invitation to the benefits club.

  2. 2

    Get your Winkworth debit card

Review the privacy notice and join. Your debit card is part of the club, ready to earn on the spending you already do.

  3. 3

    Keep paying rent as usual

Verified payments are matched against your tenancy record. Rent stays as it is — the debit card is there for everything else you buy.

  4. 4

    View your benefits

Check qualifying rent history, points and offers in your tenant portal.

Questions

Good to know.

Will this improve my credit score?+

Not necessarily. Your credit profile depends on many factors. Eligible reporting may help some people, have no effect for others or reflect missed payments adversely.

Do I have to change bank?+

No. You keep paying rent the way you do now. The Winkworth debit card is for everyday spending, and it sits alongside your existing bank rather than replacing it.

Will my agency see what I buy?+

The intended design would give agencies aggregated programme information, not an itemised history of your personal purchases. Final privacy details would be disclosed before enrolment.

Is it available today?+

No. This is an illustrative page for a proposed service. Enrolment, rewards and cards are not yet available through this page.

This demonstration intentionally has no sign-up form. Any future launch must include approved product terms, privacy information, support contacts, complaints process, eligibility, rewards valuation and the identity of the card issuer and credit-reporting provider.
